Current application process for "Social" funding requests

The Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung retains the processing and approval procedure from last year. This will continue to ensure a fair funding decision towards all applicants.

The application process for your project proposal

We want to continue to live up to the standards we set for our funding activities. With the current processing and approval procedure, we are pursuing the goal of being able to process all incoming applications promptly, thus enabling applicants to plan more easily.

Application deadlines

Funding applications with a requested funding amount of max. € 2,500.00 will continue to be decided on an ongoing basis. These applications can be submitted without consideration of application deadlines. The usual processing time applies, with a funding decision after 8 to 10 weeks.

We decide on funding applications with a requested funding amount of more than € 2,500.00 in our foundation meetings on April 28, July 17, September 20 and December 04. Please send us your application

Special regulation for funding amounts of more than € 20,000.00

Applications with a total funding amount of more than € 20,000.00 will be decided at the foundation meeting on December 4, 2023. The application deadline for these applications is November 6.

We recommend that you contact us if you are unclear before submitting your application. This will give us the opportunity to advise you individually on your application. You are also welcome to send us an initial version of your application in advance by e-mail. Our Foundation Officer for Social Affairs, Christiane Bamberger, is available to answer any questions you may have about the application and the application process.
