Commitment to innovation in the
food industry

We do what we do with passion. Therefore, in addition to our funding activities in the areas of social affairs and food research in accordance with the Foundation's statutes, we are committed to the topic of food as a further area of interest.

As a foundation, we are primarily concerned with future trends and the resulting challenges for the food industry and its players.

The two projects Trüffeljagd and Heinersreuther Hof are particularly close to our hearts. With the aim of having a sustainable effect, they were established as economic business enterprises in clear contrast to the other foundation activities under the purview of the Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung.

While the concept Trüffeljagd is primarily aimed at butchers, with the goal of sustainably supporting the butcher trade and innovation in the industry, Heinersreuther Hof sees itself as a kind of "free space for food manufacturers" that offers professional players in the food industry a place for culinary inspiration, exchange and enjoyment.
