Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung Strengthens social commitment in Bayreuth

With its support activities in the social sector, the Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung pursues one goal: social participation should be a matter of course and accessible to all people regardless of their individual living conditions! The foundation's commitment is not limited to its historical location in Kulmbach, but is active in all Upper Franconian districts and thus also in Bayreuth. Since 2015, Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung has supported a total of 40 organisations and 84 projects in the city of Bayreuth with funding totalling around 546,000 euros. On the occasion of the most recent support, a follow-up grant for the project "Homework support and care for children in the Bayreuth community accommodation for refugees" of the city of Bayreuth, Lord Mayor Thomas Ebersberger acknowledged the commitment of the foundation on Wednesday, 12 May 2021, in the context of a symbolic tablet handover.
