Dinner at the restaurant Heart & Kidney - Culinary delights from head to toe
A pig has more to offer than ham and chops - Michael Köhle and Christoph Hauser from Herz & Niere have known this for a long time. Their restaurant in Berlin-Kreuzberg lives up to its name: it serves dishes made from all parts of the animal, including piglet snouts and duck tongues.
In a cozy atmosphere, we opened Trüffeljagd at Herz & Niere and were able to take a look into the pots and pans of the two professionals during live cooking. An exciting introduction to the world of holistic cuisine!
