Third Trüffeljagd
The 3rd Trüffeljagd was designed to show participants what the future of the butcher's trade could look like. They listened to presentations by thought leaders from the meat industry, exchanged ideas with experts and got to know innovative, young companies. The participants also experienced and tasted new gastronomy concepts - on a farm, in a trendy restaurant or at a street food market. In workshops, the participants discovered in a practical way what future opportunities are emerging in the meat industry, including for their own businesses.
