In addition to her passion for food and nutrition, Thea enjoys spending time with her family in nature, especially on her own farm. This makes her the ideal addition to the foundation team as project manager for food research and various initiatives at Heinersreuther Hof.
Team member since: September 2023
What I did before: I have a degree in nutritional science and am a business trainer and coach. Before joining the foundation, I worked as a product developer, trend scout and research assistant in a research and development team in the food industry.
That's how I came to the foundation: I heard about the foundation's job advertisement from an acquaintance and am now happy to be part of the team.
Task at Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung: As a project manager, I support the food research and initiatives department at our Heinersreuther Hof.
That's what makes working at the foundation so special for me: I am very happy to be able to be active in my specialist area and my passion, food research. I also really appreciate the variety of topics in my area of responsibility at the Foundation.
These three words describe me best: structured, creative, pragmatic
To bribe with: I love the theater - whether it's ballet, opera or a classical music concert. So it would be hard for me to say no to tickets for an open-air concert on a beautiful summer evening...
My passions: I love exploring my "new-old" home - especially after a few years in a big city, I really enjoy nature right on my doorstep. I prefer to do this with my two men, my husband and my son. We also spend a lot of time together on our small farm, which we are currently redesigning according to permaculture principles.
What else you should know about me: Nutritional science or not - I also like to drink a beer, preferably a regional one... It's probably my Franconian genes.
