Kathrin is your contact person for the day-to-day running of the Heinersreuther Hof: As Operation Manager, she takes your inquiries about team events, conferences, workshops and other matters and works with you to create an unforgettable event.

What I did before: I was an employee at a bank in Kulmbach until the end of 2023.
That's how I came to the foundation: I joined the team via the job advertisement and am delighted to be "on board" - because here I can combine my private interests with meaningful work.
My role at Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung: As Operations Manager, I oversee the day-to-day running of the Heinersreuther Hof - from general organization to specific event planning, I maintain an overview and manage the processes. I look forward to many great and interesting encounters on the beautiful courtyard grounds.
That's what makes working at the foundation so special for me: I really enjoy filling the Heinersreuther Hof with life. The variety that comes with it, getting to know inspiring people and ideas and the opportunity to work independently are particularly enriching!

To bribe with: A good cup of coffee and exciting reading material can work wonders for me.
My passions: I love being out in nature with my family, whether it's in my own garden, in the forest, on foot or on my bike. Beekeeping is a special hobby and the bees always keep me on my toes in the summer months.
What else you should know about me: As I love being out in nature and grew up on a farm, I have completed many further training courses in nature and farm education. Among other things, I am now a herbalist, adventure farmer and orchard guide.
