What I did before: I studied nutritional sciences and subsequently worked in R&D. Later, I joined RAPS GmbH & Co. KG in product management, where I was responsible for functional ingredients and worked on the topic of meat alternatives.

That's how I came to the foundation: When I was at RAPS, we already had a lot of overlap in terms of content, and I was fascinated by all the innovative topics the foundation was working on. So when the foundation was looking for reinforcements, I was delighted to be able to add to the team!

Task at Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung: I work in the area of "food research" and am responsible for the coordination of the projects there. This means that I am the contact person for our (potential) funding partners, support the design of the projects and accompany them. In addition, the topics of knowledge transfer and communication fall within my area of responsibility.

That's what working at the foundation does for me: I love learning new things and therefore feel right at home here! The projects are so exciting and varied that they are not only enriching for me, but of course also provide important foundations and impulses for the food industry!

These three words describe me best: optimistic, responsible, pragmatic

To bribe with: I am an absolute breakfast fan! So inviting me to a brunch with delicious rolls and excellent coffee would already be a good start...

My passions: Besides food and biotechnology, they are definitely my two wonderful children.

What else you should know about me: When asked "sea or mountains?" I will always answer with sea! I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere by the water, this vastness and the feeling of freedom.
