Certified continuing education for food and hospitality industry: Apply by January 22!
Future participants in the Spice Sommelier qualification have reason to celebrate: This year, Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung is once again awarding three scholarships for Course B, each worth 3,000 euros. The series of seminars will be organized by the Genussakademie Bayern from spring 2023. In addition to basic knowledge of herbs and spices, the five-month training program will focus on sensory analysis, communication, food paring, health effects and quality assurance. Professionals who have completed their training and have a corresponding job in the food sector (industry, trade, commerce, gastronomy) can apply to Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung for the scholarships. The deadline for applications is January 22, 2023.
