Heroes of the homeland Upper Franconia 2022 - the hero teams have been determined
Our heroine teams have been selected and will start the workshop and coaching phase in a fortnight.
Eighteen applications, ten hero teams: After the Adalbert-Raps-Stiftung in cooperation with the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Bayreuth. in cooperation with the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Bayreuth, called for applications for the programme "Heroes of Upper Franconia 2022" at the beginning of April and then conducted personal interviews with selected applicant organisations and teams. The teams are now starting the competition and coaching phase.

Start of the workshop and coaching phase on 25 June with the theme "Team
The general motto of the workshops is "Creating Impact for Upper Franconia". On the first day of the workshop, we will therefore first look at what impact actually is and how society can be effectively shaped with the projects of the hero teams. In order to do this successfully, it is important that the project team has a common vision, that there is understanding for each other within the team and that roles are clearly defined. In the workshop, we will first work out the individual visions of the hero teams and support the teams in advancing their project even better as a strengthened team. To do this, we will work on effective project management.
